2.     Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

We will send you an email confirming the acceptance of your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Club House Vape. If, for any reason, we cannot accept your order, we will inform you via email and will not charge you for the product. This might occur if the product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description of the product, if there is a safety concern if we cannot verify that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you reside in a country that we cannot supply. If we cannot make the change or if the consequences of the change are unacceptable to you, you may choose to end the contract (see Your rights to end the contract section).

6.     Product Modifications

We may change a product to comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements, such as updating packaging or altering product design to adhere to legal changes, and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, such as addressing a safety issue. These changes will not significantly affect your use of the product.

7.     Product Delivery

7.1  Delivery costs. Delivery costs will be displayed on our website during the ordering process.

7.2  Delivery timeline. During the order process, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date. We will endeavour to deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible and, in any case, within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.

7.3  Uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide updates and will take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. As long as we make reasonable efforts to address the delay, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. However, if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

7.4  Not at address. If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, you will either be left a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from your local depot, or the carrier will attempt delivery twice more, after which the products will be returned to our depot.

7.5  If you do not re-arrange delivery. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the products from a delivery depot within 14 days, or you are not at home when the carrier attempts redelivery, the products will be returned to us. Once we receive the products back, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we may end the contract.

7.6  When you become responsible for the goods. The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.

7.7  When you own goods. You own the product when we dispatch it to you.

8.     Your Right to End the Contract

At Clubousevape.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can always end your contract with us, and your rights when you do so will depend on the circumstances:

a. Faulty or Misdescribed Product: If the product you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you may have a legal right to end the contract, to get the product repaired or replaced, or to get a full or partial refund.

b. Actions Taken by Club House Vape: If you want to end the contract because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do, you have the right to do so.

c. Change of Mind: If you have changed your mind about the product, you may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions.

d. Contract Cancellation: If you are ending the contract for a reason set out at (a) to (c) above, the contract will end immediately, and we will refund you in full for any products that have not been provided. You may also be entitled to compensation.

The following are reasons that may allow you to end the contract:

i. An error in the price or description of the product you have ordered, and you do not wish to proceed.

ii. There is a risk that the supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control.

9.     Exercising Your Right to Change Your Mind

12.1 Goodwill Guarantee: As a goodwill gesture to our customers, we offer a 30-day return policy for all products, which is more generous than your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please note that this guarantee does not affect your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products.

12.2 Exceptions: You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of products (e.g. vape kits) that are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them.

12.3 Timeframe: You have 30 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods unless your goods are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case, you have until 30 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last delivery to change your mind about the goods.

10.  Ending the Contract

If you wish to end the contract with Club House Vape, please let us know by emailing customer services at sales@clubhousevape.com. Please provide your name and order number or your name and delivery/billing address.

13.1 Product Returns: If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. Please include the returns slip or a note with your name and order number. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, you must send off the products within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract. We will pay the cost of returns through Royal Mail. We will not be able to refund you the price of the products until we receive the returned products.

13.2 Refunds: We will refund you the price you paid for the products, including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

13.3 Deductions: If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused
